If you have luggage (versus carry on bags), unless you are traveling alone, I recommend you have one person in the party stay below while the other goes up to do the check in. I didn't realize that this property has a separate building for some of the units. We did get help carry up our bags, but then we had to go down again to get to our unit. The staff is extremely helpful with bags, so it worked out quite well. I would just have checked in without the bags if we had known. I think this property is a great value for the money. It is VERY convenient to the train station, and the room was comfortable and clean along with being very quiet.
