The property is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and we had a very good rest. Just a few minutes from the metro station and just under 20min walk to the Vatican museum. Will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

the perfect gem

Our stay was for 5 days for our wedding anniversary. Little did we know that we would come to a gem of a small place like this. One of the owners, Ivan, greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the place and explained how everything works. He really took his time to show and explain where to go and where to eat. Everything they did elevated our trip. It's a small place but driven by people who really care and is a good, trusted, professional place.

Beautiful hotel close to Vatican

Small gem in the middle of Rome Antonella and Ivan are amazing hosts. It is a beautiful room located just a few steps from the Vatican and close to metro station. Ivan takes the time to give you food recommendations and places to visit. Even he provides a plan for you to enjoy the best landmarks. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber originell mit den alten Möbeln. Für uns war das einzeln verpackte Brot sehr ungewohnt, macht auch sehr viel Plastikmüll. Aber alles war gut organisiert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und viel gesehen von Rom. Super, danke.

Awesome stay!

Ivan was super helpful from the moment we checked in. He showed us spots to check out and was very accommodating. When we raised an issue with our room, he was quick to resolve it and that really showed us why all the previous reviews were so great. I would definitely recommend this place to others :)

Wonderful room in great location!

This was the perfect location for us, which turned out to be luck. We were visiting our daughter who is studying in Rome, and she knew the area really well. The room was small, but full of amenities. We had an in-room fridge, stove and sink. Coffee was made with the mocca pot, which we love! Bathroom was a good size. This location can't be beat. The Hola Cafe across the street was wonderful, so friendly to us, and the prices were so good (with seating)! We got thorough instructions with a map upon arrival, so we felt empowered to jump into Rome! I would love to go back and stay here again.

Very efficient and organized. There was a public transit strike around our date of departure and the hotel organized an airport transfer with very little notice. They are a wonderful couple.

Home away from home

it was great. the place was super clean, well located, minutes walk from Vatican city, restaurants, shops, the metro and more. they made us feel at home, very welcoming couple. The wifi is very fast. Again, its very very clean. I would stay there again. they exceeded my expectations. Bravo!

Campanella3 a Great Place to Do As the Romans Do

Campanella3 was the perfect "home base" for our special vacation time in Rome. Ivan was a wonderful host: his communication was warm, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us upon arrival, helped us to feel at home, and had a map and orientation information ready for us. We were settled and enjoying the streets of Rome within an hour. Campanella3 is an easy walk to Vatican City, and is also close to Rome's subway system and a grocery store. It was the perfect choice for us.

Beautiful Room in Roma

Antonella and Ivan were exceedingly accommodating and wonderful to deal with. They scheduled cars to take us to and from the airport and had the kitchen stocked with wine, juice, pastries, and coffee for us. The room was clean and the location was very convenient - only a few blocks from the Vatican and the metro station into Rome city center. Great food and restaurants nearby, nice and calm compared to the busy tourist crowd in city center.

Ideal Location to explore Rome

Lovely hotel staff, met us when we checked in and gave us a map of Rome along with recommendations of where to visit etc. Hotel was small but vut very friendly and comfortable. Free chocolate, breakfast, coffee, etc all provided by the hotel as well was a nice touch. Location was very nice - about a 5-6 minute walk to the Metro, and around ten minutes at a slow pace to the Vatican. I would recommend staying here for sure to any couple or group of friends who want to explore Rome.

Amazing guest house to live in Rome

Had an amazing time in Campanella. It was pretty close to the Vatican. It had everything you needed around the place including shopping. The tubr station is close to the house too. The food and stay was good too. The people very very kind, welcoming and awesome. Will surely recommend this place in future.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Unit Ownet

We found this gem on Orbitz. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was fantastic on a quiet street close to great restaurants (recommended by unit owner) and the Vatican. Ivan met us at the apartment and spent lots of time mapping out sites to see and restaurants to eat at. The unit had everything we needed including goodies to eat. The price was more than fair. We’d gladly stay here again the next time we’re in Rome
