We only stayed one night but this property is a very short walk from the Spanish steps. If you want to be central to most of the tourist sites in Rome this is a perfect location. Room was sizable by European standards and the bed was quite comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the proximity of the property to so many of Rome’s sights. It was a great stay that felt clean for an older building, and was in a quiet area just outside of the busier areas. Recommended for short stays!

Belsiana House is a small hotel located perfectly just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. There is a Metro station next to the Spanish Steps. Very convenient. Belsiana House is 1 block from Via Di Corso, one of the main shopping streets in Rome. And there are some superb restaurants and osterias near the hotel. The Vatican, Colosseum, Trastevere, are within a 30-minute walk, or take the metro. The hotel is clean. The room was very nice. Looks to be recently renovated. The staff are very helpful. It is a small hotel, so there is not a 24hour staff of hundreds! Belsiana has a small team, all helpful and available, who will respond to WhatsApp messages in minutes. Our arrival was at an odd time; the Belsiana team made sure we were greeted with a friendly face (thank you Chris). I will stay here again, and will recommend it to friends and family. Definitely a hidden gem.

This hotel was in a fantastic location. Cute street with lots of shopping and cafes. Walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevor Fountain. Booked car service which was an excellent suggestion - worth the money. Would highly recommend!
