The experience was very good. The only thing I would request from the owners in the future is to have glasses or bottled water available in the bedrooms on arrival. We were late getting in, and we’re tired and thirsty. Otherwise, a very good day.

This is like an Air BnB… and no where was I notified it would be such. I got text messages @ 11:00pm local time two days prior to my visit while sleeping. When we got there, u had to get a set of keys out of a lockbox after waiting at the door to be let in the first set, then a text from owner with code. The key to the door got stuck and the person who was texting sent someone 10-15 mins after to get it out of the main door. Needed that same set of keys to get into room. Then got texts to send photos of passports (not happening u can verify in person or not at all). Then found out the next day after we left and returned later in the evening, someone had been in our room without disclosing that info. Text the person who text me to inquire as I had not requested service to our room nor was there a way to note do not disturb on door. Very uncomfortable situation while traveling with my teen daughter. We left very early in the morning for other accommodations.

The listing is not as pictured. There was mold on the bathroom walls and also the bedroom, you could even smell it. Very uncomfortable bed, also the kitchenette was not equipped so couldn't even use it to warm up anything.

En general el departamento limpio, muy amables los anfitriones, ningún problema con el idioma ya que hay alguien que habla español. Puedes comer refrigerios a cualquier hora. Muy bien ubicado a unos pasos del Vaticano. Metro a la salida del departamento. Volveríamos a hospedarnos sin duda.
