"I liked the concept of the hotel. Though, it was seriously outdated. The mattress was a torture device that really hurt my back. There's no elevator. Overall it was a place to stay for a couple of nights. I won't book here again in the future."

"Was a bit confusing to try to get a receptionist when it’s later on the day. You would have to call a number listed at the reception desk, I did not have any service yet so I had to talk to someone at the restaurant that’s attached. But even with that, very friendly and very clean. Would definitely come back to this hotel."

This hotel was in a fabulous location in the middle of everything — literally surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The hotel room contained anything you would ever need, such as vanity kits, shower caps, a desk, a couch, a coffee table, etc. It was large and spotless. I would stay here again for sure.
Unfortunately, I had to check out early, so I missed the included breakfast.
The hotel building itself is beautiful and historic. So pretty when lit up at night.

The Riva Hotel was great, lovely staff, Irenia, and the patio was enormous and well furnished.
The kitchen had issues and could have used both a microwave and a few more drawers for utensils and food. Also there could have been more lamps for reading in the bedroom and another comfortable chair in the living room.
My biggest issue was that there was a power outage for 8 hours and a water outage the next day for over 12 hours. Neither time did the staff attempt to tell us what was going on. I...

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very tasty breakfast with good choice, free spa and parking, big, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. I have something to compare with, especially considering the good price for accommodation.

The host Camil and Denny were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed two dinners and two free breakfast. Room is very clean and spacious. The view from my room is fantastic and makes me so relaxed. Near the hotel, there is wild puppy field, which is naturally grown and attracted my eyes. We spent quite a long time talking a lot of photos. We also had fantastic time of private boat riding exploring many secret places in Danube Delta for three hours. Camil is very skillful experienced driver. Overall...
