They went out of their way to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were wonderful, very spacious, and with perfect sea views! The restaurant in the front of the hotel was fine, we didn’t experience any excessively loud music or noise even through we were on the first floor. Now to address the noise situation - it is true the music from the restaurant downstairs is kind of loud. However, with earplugs I did not hear anything and was able to get a good night sleep. TV in both bedroom and lounge area. The suite was very clean. The WiFi connection at the hotel isn't very strong. Staff were very helpful over email (very abrupt in person). Other than the room at the hotel there is nothing else to do, we didn't eat from the hotel restaurant because there are plenty of restaurants to choose from about 5-10 minutes walk away. Overall, great for a nice room and the hotel is right on the beach. We only ate in the hotel once but it was very nice. Well placed in the resort.
