Breakfast was good so was evening meal. Fares on reception was brilliant. The rooftop Skybar and pool were wonderful. Would I stay here again, if I was in San Juan yes, but unlikely to visit this area again. Having attended on a stag do I would not recommend this hotel to families, although it wasn't a rowdy party hotel it does not have a family atmosphere. I'm reviewing the hotel at its price point, the rooms have everything you need including air conditioning but are dated in appearance and the breakfast has a large variety of options but was low quality. "The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it."
