"Excellent stay but washer was broken the entire stay I alerted desk about missing door on washer..they replaced door next day went back to use it and out of order sign was on it..such an inconvenience and there was only one washer and one dryer in entire hotel.. ice machines were all out of order on each floor except the first floor.. it worked the first night and didn’t the rest of the entire stay.."

"The hotel was nice as well as the room which was comfy. I was disappointed that the laundry machines weren’t working. We had no clothes and I was depending on the hotel. I had to find a local laundry spot in a city that I wasn’t familiar with…at 6am. I guess the employees aren’t made aware because she sold me laundry detergent. Also, the pool was very cloudy at night which made me think they didn’t clean and maintain the pool properly. I asked the pool guy about this. He said it’s cloudy since people had been swimming all day and it’s clear in the AM. We swam late at another embassy suites and their pool wasn’t cloudy. It made me uncomfortable so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to. Breakfast was great!"

"This is my fourth stay at this hotel. It's always clean despite it showing its age and obvious wear and tear mostly in the bathroom with regard to the caulking and water seal around the shower and floor and I've never seen any mold anywhere. I am looking forward to a transition away from carpet. Beds were clean and comfortable. I always fumble with the pillows but they are good. Mom said they were too soft. For me, they were just right. Front desk staff were amazing! Nice, polite, answered all our questions, and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The coffee and tea were freshly brewed with one of the staff asking my mom to wait as she was getting ready to brew fresh tea. Mom said it was very good. The breakfast items were pretty standard. Yogurt, waffles (freshly made), cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Our only complaint was pool access. There was no easy way to access it. The exit closest to the pool was marked as "Emergency Exit Only" leaving you the option of going out the front door (through a very heavily used smoking area) and around the hotel or out the exit at the opposite end of the hotel furthest from the pool and walking the length of the hotel to get to it. As my mom was with us, I made sure to book this one so she could get in after driving all day. The thunderstorm is the only thing that made it negligible. Otherwise, a great place to stay for the money."
