"The room was absolutely disgusting. It had roaches and bugs in it. There were no wall outlets near the bed to plug in electronics, and no TV remote for the TV. The bed felt like a concrete block, and the sheets had a weird smell to them. The property looked like it was in a rundown area. The walls were dirty and filthy. Absolutely do not use this hotel."

"The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster."
