« The property was clean, cozy, and met our needs for our one night stay. The large backyard was nice and we loved the little s'mores packs provided but we're not able to do a fire since there was no more wood available. Love the theme going on and it was easy to get in and out of the driveway. »

« The home was very nice but was missing a few basics such as decent pool towels which weren't pool towels but basic bath towels, no lounge chairs by pool, and we couldn't find instructions to start jets in spa part of the pool. There were no wine glasses in the kitchen and not a full set of billiard balls for the pool table and only one pool que for the table that was apparently recently added. The home was comfortable and well maintained. »

"À notre arrivée, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la porte de notre chambre et personne n’était disponible pour nous aider sur place. Nous avons seulement pu échanger par message et avons dû attendre environ 1h30 avant de pouvoir enfin entrer dans la chambre. La porte a finalement été déverrouillée à distance, mais une fois ouverte, il était impossible pour nous deux de sortir en même temps : l’un de nous devait rester à l’intérieur pour pouvoir rouvrir la porte. Les horaires indiqués de présence à l’accueil (7h–19h) semblent également incorrects, car pendant nos deux jours sur place nous n’avons vu absolument personne à la réception. Heureusement, nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit, mais il est vraiment regrettable qu’il n’y ait eu aucune assistance, ni par téléphone ni physiquement."

"Merci ! Enfin un établissement qui veille réellement au confort de ses clients dans les moindres détails. Tout y est pensé pour offrir une expérience optimale : le logement est excellent, bien équipé et très agréable. Les sanitaires sont propres, bien aménagés et en parfait état. Les espaces extérieurs sont également très appréciables, avec la piscine et les jeux pour se divertir. Une laverie est à disposition, ainsi qu’un espace cuisine, un snack et des boissons. La gérante est particulièrement accueillante et d’une grande gentillesse. De plus, l’hébergement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité d’une ville où l’on trouve facilement tous les commerces nécessaires."
