We were surprised and excited to have the washer and dryer in our unit. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was prompt and courteous. Fun little addition was the QR codes to hikes in the area and how to get there on the key cards. We tried one and loved it.

Watchman Villas was easily one of the best stays of our trip. We stayed at The Pinyon as a group of two families, and the setup was perfect for us. The villa had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly.
The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, which made it easy to manage meals. One of the biggest perks was the free laundry—such a bonus after long days of hiking.
The location is excellent, with a shuttle stop, coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Views from the villa were spectacular. We were able to leave our car at the villa and reach the Zion Visitor Center via shuttle in under 10 minutes.
Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with family or a group.

It's a beautiful hotel, however we were on the 1st floor and the noise from guests above us was LOUD. And it wasn't them per say, but the floor/ceiling must be thin because just walking around above us was incredibly loud. In addition, when the toilet flushed it was SUPER loud. Nice place, comfortable and clean. They left our keys taped to the outside of the checkin door when we arrived late at night (made us pretty sure it was a safe community). Loved that we could charge our Tesla right there. They brought us fluffy pillows upon request. No extra blankets in the room. ...
