"Have stayed here many times over last 14 years. Good location, free and easy parking, great breakfast, friendly staff. This is my go-to hotel when I am in the area."

"This our “GoTo” lodging when in Rockford. Reliable quality all the way around. Quiet, comfortable rooms and excellent service. "

"So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs."

"On the positive side, maid service was daily which doesn’t always happen anymore in hotels. However, the hot tub could have been hotter and use less chlorine. Overall a very nice place! "

"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . The location was great because everything was in walking distance for the great food and shopping. Thank you, Hampton Inn for having my back."
