Private oasis in Rockford! Sleeps 23-25 featuring 7-9 bedrooms, 3-4 full baths, 3-4 half baths, hot tub, pool, pool house, & oversized living spaces--only 1 hour from Madison, WI, 90 minutes from Milwaukee & Chicago--you will have a unique getaway. Charming details, nooks, oversized deck, rose garden, fruit trees, massive garage/event space, 2 kitchens and 2 kitchenettes. Stay under the care of experienced Super Hosts. Memories are made here. Optional add-ons: Pool House and Events

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
Guests will have access to the full home and pool in early to mid-May - fourth week of September, attached garage, and private decks and yard. Hot tub year round.

This property also has optional add-ons with additional sleeping / showering space detailed in the listing:
- Pool House ('Bedroom #8'): $50 flat cleaning fee. Includes full kitchen, half bath, and two day-beds (NOTE: Pool house sink and bathroom water is not available mid-November to early April due to winterization of pipes to avoid freezing).
- In-Law Quarters: $100 / day. Includes queen bed, full bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sofa, and small table in cozy wood-walled unit on the ground level connected to the main home through the attached two-car garage
- Detached, Heated 18-car Garage: $50 cleaning fee. Great event space for receptions, events, indoor sports such as pickleball, etc.
- Events over 12 people: $10 / guest / day large group fee (groups opting for optional add-ons will have a simple additional charge sent separate from booking via VRBO)

Stunning home, plenty of room to spread out. We had a Thanksgiving celebration there and the location was ideal for a convergence of families from the Midwest and East Coast. High quality everything in the house. The pictures do not lie, it is as lovely as what you see here.If you are making big meals they have absolutely everything that you need in the kitchen x2..so don't fret. Hosts are responsive any time of day but we didn't need to reach out much as things were exactly as expected. We look forward to returning

A dream property inside and out

You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy. Game room and movie room perfect for kids and adults. Don't miss the adorable children's reading nook stocked with books for young readers. Plenty of onsite parking. Bathrooms could be improved but we made it work. More towels would be nice. Some remotes for TVs were missing but we figured out workarounds. A few lights were tricky but the host was responsive to help us figure them out (except in the in-law suite).Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a dreamy home. We'd come again!

Excellent spots for all ages

We can’t say enough good things about this home. We traveled with a group of 5 families that have been friends for a long time. The pool was absolutely perfect and there were great spots to eat, play games and hang out. The couches were comfortable and cozy. The kids enjoyed playing pickle ball in the garage and the movie room. The host was over the top in addressing any issues and we have stayed in many vacation spots. His willingness to respond and quickly handle anything was notable. We were so grateful. The spot is also close to anything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home for a large group!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this home was the perfect place for our team to stay! Lots of space to spread out. Property is huge! Owner was easy to get ahold of and quick with reply’s about any questions we had!

The house is stunning!

We stayed at the house just after Christmas to celebrate the holiday with our family. We had 23 people (adults and kids of all ages). The house was comfortable for all of us, including sleeping arrangements. We had plenty of space and enough separation for quiet time when needed. The 2 living rooms were very comfortable and had tv’s, all the bedrooms also have TVs which was really nice. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We played pickleball and enjoyed the hot tub too. We took the kids to the children’s museum. We will definitely return for another stay! Thanks Devin!

Lovely grounds

The property is well located and the grounds are beautiful! The house is okay. For the amount of beds upstairs for sleeping there is only 1 bathroom. The number of overnight guests does not match well with the amount of showers. The house was warm and sometimes uncomfortable at night for sleeping. We never used the pool or downstairs.

Family gathering - wonderful stay

We held our annual family gathering for 22 - 10 adults and 12 children - in this property this year. All in all, we'd return for another visit next year. The grounds and landscaping are very attractive. The interior is large, with many separate gathering spaces and places to escape for some private time. There are fewer bathrooms/showers than bedrooms, so several folks had to share bathrooms. The pool, pool house and hot tub were real hits for our kids. There were plenty of seats outside, although several were weather worn. It was easy to hold common meals in the dining areas. We used the gaming rooms downstairs frequently. We had trouble with some appliances, but Devin (host) was responsive via the VRBO app.

Amazing getaway for friends and families

Devin was a 5 star host was very quick to respond when any issues arised even went out of his way for us that’s forsure ! Definitely appreciate everything he did as a host to make us feel comfortable! The place was beautiful the entire family loved it definitely recommend this place ! Honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice once you step foot on the property you’ll acknowledge it’s true beauty ! Once again thank you Devin!

1st cousins ladies trip

A group of us oldest 67 youngest 54 we were 1st cousins and a few friends.We had a blast the weather was cold and it was enough entertainment offered in the home that we didn't care how cold it waals.This place is beautiful with plentyof room.It was 15 of us and we had a lot of space.I highly recommend for a group.We had a blast things couldn't had been better.

Great place and location for large group

Had a volleyball team of 22 parents and players stay at this home. Nice amenities and lots of space to sprawl out. The house host was very receptive to questions upon arrival and very happy with the quick responses.
