"The staff were all very pleasant including the maid staff. The location was excellent t for going to the theatre and there were plenty of places to ear near by. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and there was some outside noise at night but to be expected in NY. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch and we enjoyed going to carve each morning. We dined in at Bi d 44 one morning but found the carve breakfast to be nicer. We don’t breakfast at Friedman’s. "

"This is one of the best designed hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Incredibly efficient use of space! Though the room was small, it did not feel that way, with ample storage room for multiple bags, suitcases, places to hang clothes, etc. The desk worked well. I ironed my suit on the small portable ironing board/iron, all while enjoying a fabulous view. The restaurant was excellent as well - I enjoyed a nice lunch there. The name through me off initially, but these went far beyond my expectations. I'll be back. "
