Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!"

Simple check-in and check-out instructions, and good communication with the host. It's close to the hospital, mall, restaurant, and UF. There's a pool in the complex, and the apartment has a balcony.Cons: There are no TVs in the rooms."

"The location is very misleading. When it says a five minute walk to University of Florida, that was not entirely correct. It was at least 20 minutes when we were walking to the football game. Just know that on the front end. Otherwise the place was perfect and just what we needed."
