Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury. The Space: The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)! This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two bright double King Master Bedrooms with en-suite baths, greenery views, and a half bath downstairs. The main bedroom mattresses are KING-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a sleeper sofa bed and a daybed pullout trundle. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. In the condo, you'll find new flooring, soft boutique design, high ceilings, nature views, 100 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED Smart TVs where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows. We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the Oaks Mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated! Parking is free in front of the building. Guest Access: Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym. The Neighborhood: We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!) Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville. We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away). Getting Around: The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials, superb location (sound from the highway traffic didn’t bother us at all - it became white noise that helped everyone fall asleep), ease of check in and check out, and the host is very responsive to any communication. Pool and gym facilities were available but we did not use them. Everything we needed was available. The only negative was the traffic noise from the freeway, but it was not too bad. Sep 19, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice and convenient, but noisy We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. As has been stated in other reviews, this unit is right next to I-75, and you definitely hear it. They do have white noise machines in the bedrooms, but even with that and some ear plugs, you will hear the noise, particularly in the front bedroom.
