« There are pros and cons here... I'll try to be as fair as possible. PROS: Upkey management was responsive and cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apt hold 4 comfortably. It had shampoo and soap and some other supplies that were greatly appreciated. If you like TVs, they are abundant. There is a pool. It is close to the University and downtown. CONS: The floor needs a really good scrubbing. Even after a second mopping from the cleaning person, our feet still got brown. The welcome mat...

« The condo was great and satisfied all our needs. The directions were good and lead us right to the complex but it took awhile to figure out which condo. Just a small change to the directions noting it is the front building, 3rd floor, unit 116 would have been a big help. But everything else about this place was top notch and communication was easy. Thx for a great stay and we hope to come back again. »

« When we first arrived, the area surrounding caught our attention as it was very run down. As we approached the house, we'd hoped that once inside our fears would be negated. But unfortunately, the property itself was not up to par. The pictures online looked great, but they are not reflective of the status of the property. Water stains, shoddy DIY enhancements, old coach cover, musty smell, etc. but, although the place was run down, it appeared to be somewhat clean. That thought did not last...

« Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car. »

« We had a fabulous stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed, lovely balcony to drink my coffee on in the morning and cards at night, comfortable bed. The area is perfect for running, walking and biking. Short drive to shopping and restaurants but yet tucked away in a nice quiet village. »
