The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. Her place is simple but has most everything that you would need. Living room has a large super comfy couch. Perfect for relaxing with our friends. Each room has its own bathroom and shower which was great and really good water pressure too. Just a note that one of the bedrooms does have a futon as a bed. Might not be the best for an adult. There was an air mattress in the closet which may have been a better option. Plenty of blankets and pillows in all the rooms. There is a pool at the complex that made a great workout spot! Still too cold to swim when we visited. The description mentioned a hot tub but we didn't see one.We could get to a lot of places for shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes. The property is close to UF and easy to get to all the local shops, restaurants and fun things to do in Gainesville. The property was spotless and beds were very comfortable.
