"The hotel was exactly as described as well as the lovely staff and a bargain. There is definitely a lot of thought put into every tight corner to make guests comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch too. Two bonuses were the room was very quiet so got great sleep and Trattoria Vecchia Roma is a great restaurant literally around the corner."

"We had a wonderful stay at Excellence Suite before our cruise. The location is ideal — within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Barberini, and so many interesting streets, neighborhoods, restaurants, and sights. It was a great base for exploring Rome on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged our transportation from the airport when we arrived and our transfer to the cruise port in Civitavecchia, which made both ends of our stay incredibly easy. Our room and bathroom were both a very good size, especially considering the age and location of the building. Another big plus is that the building has an elevator — something you definitely can’t take for granted in an older building in the center of Rome, especially when traveling with luggage! The combination of the central location, comfortable accommodations, and genuinely helpful staff made Excellence Suite a great choice for our time in Rome. We would happily stay here again."

"The property is in a building a couple of blocks, on a back alley, not in front y of the panteón as advertised so that felt deceiving when we arrived. However, the room was big, and modern, and of course in a great location. They should said that form the beginning and that will be ok. There is nothing wrong with please except the misleading."

"We stayed here for 3 nights after our Mediterranean cruise and it was perfect! We particularly appreciated the walk-ability of the location. We were close to several “attractions” and everything else you could need. The staff was helpful in finding us transportation and booking an excursion when we arrived - in addition to being excellent concierges in general. P.S. loved opening the French windows just like they do in the movies =)"

"The hotel is located 3min walking from Roma Termini. The hotel is very elegant and comfortable with all the need it amenities and services I was looking for. They also help storing my bags before check in and after check out making it easy for us to explore the city without any additional cost. Friendly and efficient staff. Roma termini location made easy to commute to Vatican City and the hotel is less than a mile walk to the coliseum. Great experience."

"Loved associating with the students that stay here. Nice restaurant with great food. Lovely garden area. Not as close to the tour destinations as we thought so we took taxis but avoid 9am and 3pm heavy traffic. Daily room cleaning could be improved."
