"We had to evacuate my city so we decided to make a spontaneous road trip up north out of it. First stop I found a cheap hotel in solvang. I was shocked because it's a tourist town so I expected it to be expensive. For such a good deal we got a lovely sized room! The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and some games for kids to play. Our room was super clean and in great shape. I will try to book here again on our way back south!"

"Staff was not very helpful. When we asked if they had certain rooms available the young man at the front desk lied to us. We immediately went on the website and saw the availability. It was a holiday weekend so we paid a VERY inflated price for the room and the guys didn’t even give us the best available even though we told him we had just had a very challenging travel and rough day. He gave us a parking lot view! We went back and asked for a better room then he gave us the better view. Sad that we had to ask! We’ve stayed there numerous times and would think they would want to make our stay a pleasant one, especially after paying o er $400 for a regular room! Not very hospitable!"

"Front Desk forget to issue the room keys so we had to go back, she stated she was very busy had a lot going on. The Clock Bell Tower went off 24 times at 11:15pm be warned (woke us up it was so overwhelming loud) this is unacceptable why is it set to go off at that time and 24 times in a row?? We have stayed here several times in the past and never have we heard the bell tower at night. Customer with dog next room over also barking late at night , hopefully they can figure this out :("

"Property was excellent. We had booked it to just stay overnight while on a long road trip...but we would rent it for longer duration too! That's how impressed we were. The only problem is the check-in process. I am OK with the remote and no front office style, but had to call multiple times to get my check-in credentials and it was late in the night...so the whole experience gave us a lot of anxiety!"
