"The property is beautiful but it still under transition and renovations. We were quite pleased with our experience. Our room was spacious but could probably use some sprucing and fixing up. We would come again. Just dont expect high end. The staff members were very kind."

"My friend and I had a wonderfully relaxing and quiet time at Up the Creek. We were the only ones there for two days, so we picked a great time to go! They have a fully kitted kitchen with everything avaialble to cook up your meals. We took all our own food so our two days away from the city was super inexpensive. We spent time relaxing by the fire, knitting and reading, or out walking the local area. This place is very clean. 7 minute walk (downhill) to the ocean front (bit of an incline to walk back). And Martin is a great host!"
