« This place is a dump. Shame on Expedia for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE! »

« The entire staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of coffee and other amenities available in the room and the shared kitchen. The property was quiet and well maintained. The bed was comfortable - my husband had the best night's sleep he's had in ages. We will be back again - hopefully on a weekend when there is something going on because we want to see the Art Center, etc. when there's some activity. »

« Hotel is very cute and clean. The owners did a nice job renovating an old property. Other reviews mentioned the area being “sketchy”. It’s not, San Angelo is just an older town. It’s a small hotel, so parking is a pinch. We came back after a football game at 10pm and got the last spot in the lot.
My only drawback was the staff. The gentleman that checked us in was nice. The two ladies that were there in the morning when we came down for breakfast barely spoke. The woman that was supposed to be...
