« Le personnel était courtois. Le mobilier était usé et les abats-jours des lampes étaient craquelés et jaunis. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillettes ni de serviettes à main. Le lit était confortable, mais contenait des petits oreillers carrés (non standards pour un lit King). Service de navette pour aller à l’aéroport ce matin, mais pas disponible à notre arrivée à 21h30 hier soir. »

« Isolation ( bruit) horrible, j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres etaient ouvertes tellement le bruit de l'autoroute etait fort, j'entendais aussi les voisins de chambre parler. Le personnel a l'acceuil n'est pas tres aidant, sec, reponses tres limitées, aucun effort, aucun sourire, ne cherche pas a aider. on dirait que je faisait affaire a des robots. j'etais etonnee de ne pas avoir de service de chambre avant jour 3, j'ai du faire mon lit seule. »

"Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cet hôtel pour visiter Salt Lake City et ses environs, et nous n’avons aucun regret sur notre choix. La chambre était propre, sans odeur, avec une literie confortable, une climatisation efficace et un Wi-Fi correct. La vue sur la chaîne montagneuse offrait un vrai plus, surtout au lever du soleil. L’établissement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela en fait un bon point de départ pour explorer la région. Sa proximité avec l’autoroute permet de rejoindre facilement différentes destinations, tout en profitant d’un environnement calme. Le parking privé est pratique et nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. La piscine intérieure est propre et agréable, avec des horaires larges, même si elle était fermée un soir sans explication. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais manque de variété : sept jours d’œufs et de saucisses, c’est un peu répétitif. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon, surtout au tarif obtenu via Expedia. En revanche, le gros point faible concerne l’accueil : la première personne à la réception a été désagréable et peu professionnelle, ce qui donne une mauvaise première impression. En résumé, un hôtel confortable, bien situé et offrant un excellent rapport qualité/prix, à recommander pour un séjour à Salt Lake City, à condition d’améliorer l’accueil et de varier un peu le petit-déjeuner."
