Incredibly elvish architecture for a relaxing stay on the stream.

The perfect spot for a romantic getaway, your own personal timeout, or a quiet place to stay while attending business meetings. Fresh mountain air, a rushing stream, and excellent bed. This little slice of heaven is just a three minute drive or ten minute walk from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing.

This one bedroom suite is luxurious in every way with a beautifully designed bathroom. Designated office space is hidden in the armoire for your convenience.

You will have this dwelling to yourself along with the two outside decks with gas fireplace. The hot tub and outdoor shower are 30 yards away at the main house and available for your private use.

Our supply room for housekeeping is on the ground level, it has a separate entrance. Two parking spots are available. No street parking is allowed.

The setting is gorgeous, hearing the stream was the best - so relaxing! The hosts were extremely responsive to our requests for information and made an excellent recommendation for dinner. Great tip for Harmon's grocery store nearby too! Thanks for everything!

Extremely clean, comfy bed, beautiful wood and stone crafted accommodation. Loved the hot tub! The cozy sauna was very nice and had a lovely view of the nearby stream. Host was very attentive, and kind. It was so relaxing to hear the Stream and sit outside on the 2 patios that both had fire pits that kept us warm. Loved our stay there!

The cabin was lovely - very clean with a comfy bed. Both balconies have fire pits that we especially enjoyed on our one rainy day. The cabin is nestled in the trees on a very quiet road just off the Alpine Loop, which was ablaze with fall color. We enjoyed the scenic lift ride at Sundance Resort, which is about 5 minutes away, and fishing at Tibble Fork Reservoir. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. It was an easy, relaxing getaway from Salt Lake City. We plan on making a visit to this sweet little cabin an annual thing.

We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. It was so nice having plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig to enjoy by the fire each morning. The bed is on the very soft side, just to give other guests a heads up, depending on your preferences. We loved the sound of the creek each night, as well as being able to sit on the little bench over the creek. The hot tub still felt private, even though it is up at the main house. We loved also having some games and playing cards to choose from. Seeing a sauna in the middle stages of construction made us wonder if that would be available for a future winter stay. We definitely didn’t want to leave!

A work of art in the wild!

This space has been artfully crafted along a creek in the pines by two friendly and helpful hosts. I loved having a central location to investigate the variety of trails in the Sundance area and to do some paddle boarding at Deer Creek reservoir. My sister made the quick trip up from Salt Lake for the day. The covered decks are a great place to hang out and relax and the kitchen was just enough to keep me at the cabin rather than seeking out places to eat. (Heber City has two great grocery stores and amenities)An amazing stay!

We have nothing negative to say in the least. We had such a good time! Everything was very tidy & clean. It exceeded our expectations. The creek flowing through the side of the carriage house was so stunning. This is a place I’d recommended for all couples. The jacuzzi was a really nice touch we loved. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and loved the outdoor living space!

This property was so nice to get away from the busyness of day-to-day life. The stream that ran past the house was soothing and drowned out all the noise that could've been heard from the neighbors (we heard not a thing). The cabin was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside by the firepits and enjoying our meals outside. The only thing that would've enhanced our stay is to add hot chocolate to the selection of K-cups. The owner was nice to give us access to a different wi-fi network as it was not working when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin!
