Enjoy the smell of pine trees, fresh air, and the sound of the provo river rushing only a few feet from the large front balcony. Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with hot tub is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils are also provided. The cabin is located directly on the north provo river on a 1/2 acre of land with a lawn and a firepit encircled with tree stumps. Enjoy all that Sundance has to offer: skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, mountain biking, full moon lift line rides, hiking, fly fishing, golfing, music, outdoor theatre, and of course the Sundance Film Festival in January. Such a perfect space that feels like home. So well taken care of with plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathroom supplies, towels, ect. Staying here in this cozy cabin in the fall was the best decision! We loved staying at this cabin. The location was perfect to local activities, but secluded and quiet enough for peace and relaxation. Heading the river all day and night was calming. We enjoyed sitting by the river, soaking up sun on the front porch, relaxing in the hot tub, and lounging around. Such a perfect break from the business of life!
