HOUSE RULES 1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. 2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 8 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 8 doesn’t mean it's all included in the nightly rate). 3) Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by Vrbo through the check-in instructions or the welcome guide sent to your email. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. 4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. 5) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am. It’s a family neighborhood. 6) If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund. 7) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host. 8)There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. 9) The owners are very allergic to animal dander. It was easy access to downtown Salt Lake City but also easy access to freeway that led us out of town. The space was perfect! Home away from home! Mom has limited mobility so the ramp access to front door and bedroom and bathroom on main floor were perfect for her! Just what we needed as we toured Salt Lake area before heading to Southern Utah. Tate was fabulous to work with and making checkin and checkout easy. The best part we’re the beds, so comfortable ! We really enjoyed this house as it was centrally located and near the Trax park and ride. We went to a Utah football game, a Jazz basketball game and of course had a nice Thanksgiving meal.
