No paper towels in kitchen
No soap in kitchen
No utensils or pots and pans in kitchen
Curtain in one bedroom too small for the window.
Tv in one bedroom but not the other.
Have to walk through one bedroom to access the bathroom.
No hair dryer provided.
Parking lot is small but family suite includes 2 designated parking spaces.
Maintenance is poor - patches with paint over them instead of fixed properly.
Refrigerator is nice.
Coffee maker included.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in santa cruz. The bar, the food, the amenities, the pool, the hot tub that's big enough for ten adults.. We will definitely be back.
