« Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended »

« This Mentone Cottage is the perfect cottage for a couple or 2-4 close friends. It is beautifully decorated, so cozy and inviting. Each room is fully stocked to meet your needs and make you comfortable. The location is great in the heart of Mentone. »

« Very nice cabin and owner communication was great. I would stay her again and recommend it to anyone. One thing to note, if you are coming by boat, and plan on using the boat pier to keep your boat, the water is very shallow and the water level goes up and down. »

« Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. « Amazing property! If you are looking for a river house search no more. This house is on a stretch of the Tennessee river that is unmatched. Nestled in between two large foothills and is glass smooth most of the time. The house itself is wonderful. The owners actually live right next door and are very responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend this property! »
