"Felt so homey and the staff was spectacular! Only downside to this hotel was that they didn't have any laundry services or microwaves to heat up food, as guests who stayed multiple nights we ordered extra food from the restaurant then ended up wasting quite a bit."

This historical hotel has the most accommodating caring staff…which is rare to find these days. Rooms are beautiful and location in downtown Chattanooga is perfect. "The hotel was very clean My only complaints are paying for parking and you couldn't always find a spot near yoir room, the pool area felt like a sana cause there wasn't a way for wind to blow out there. The pool was nice. "
