The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style.

« The hotel had gnats flying everywhere. There were ants in the room. The room keys didn’t work most of the time. We were locked out of the room for hours because the electronic lock stopped working. A genuinely nice maintenance man had to come in at 9:30pm from 40 miles away to break into the room with a crowbar and replace the entire lock. In addition to the outdated locks, all the carpets were old and musty. And…the pool was closed in August with a tarp over it. The desk staff and...
