This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. I, my daughter in law, and two grandchildren stayed here for two nights when we attended the Mothman Festival. This house was an absolute gem! The most striking thing to me is how incredibly well supplied the house is. I can’t think of a single object we might have needed that wasn’t there, including snacks in the fridge. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and we LOVED seeing deer merely feet away from us in the morning and evenings. The place just exuded homeyness and serenity and is within short driving distances to some nice restaurants and shopping. We ate in Gallipolis at the Tuscany restaurant, which was very good with great service. If you’re looking for a reasonable and charming place to stay, look no further.
