Peaceful setting with fruit trees, wild mushrooms and wild blackberries for you to pick while in season. Wake up to deer just outside your door. There is a fire pit and charcoal grill in the back yard. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you'll find multiple shops, restaurants, the Mothman Statue, Tu Endie Wei State Park and the River Walk with hand painted murals on the flood wall. The cabin is featured in Sherri Brake's Podcast "Mothman & More" Season 2/Episode 1\. Sherri recorded the Podcast while staying at the cabin. The cabin is being used as a main filming site for the upcoming movie "The Point Pleasant Tapes." Never have stayed anywhere with as many amenities. The setting was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. Close to town but in the countryside. So many thoughtful touches! I won't spoil any fun surprises, but you can tell that a lot of thought, time, energy and love went in to decorating, preparing, and pleasing guests! We had such a relaxing time, and loved waking up and seeing what birds were visiting the feeders that morning! Beautiful cabin, warm and cozy, very inviting and such a pleasure to visit! It is a serene, rustic cabin with pastoral views. The host goes above and beyond with the available amenities. Very responsive too. We really could have brought a lot less with us. A short drive to downtown Point Pleasant & all the local sites. Nice to come back to grilling up some dinner & relaxing by the fire pit. Would definitely stay again. ##### Susan R.
