« I booked 2 days at the Uvalde side of the duplex. It was a spontaneous trip, and I was relieved at how easy it was to book our stay. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a little hesitant…but everything went great! The property was beautiful! We loved the cozy feel. The property was close to Garner State Park, which was a plus for us. The host was very precise/clear with the check-in and check-out procedures. Everything was detailed and upfront- I didn’t have to reach out to ask any...

« There was a mix-up with the couple renting the other cabin. They arrived first, and was asked if they were the couple with the dog, and they said yes and were let in the cabin. When we arrived they had started unpacking, so we agreed to let them stay on our cabin, and we stayed in there cabin.There was no loft in our cabin, but we had paid for it. We were not going to make it an issue. We did enjoy our stay. Bed and couch very comfortable. Needs more light in kitchen area. »

« Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

« I held a yoga retreat there and the house was perfect for 15 women! The beds were so comfortable, everything was spacious. I really loved the openness of the communal spaces. There were multiple places for everyone to gather together and that was important for us. The owners were very helpful with getting everything ready and communication was great. »

« I can’t say enough about this home. It’s is so cute and charming. With plenty of room for family. The beds are comfy and the yard and shade trees are beautiful. It had everything we needed and more!!!! The host was amazing and made sure it was easily spotted for night time arrival. I recommend this place 110%!!! I will definitely book here again! »

« We had such a wonderful stay, made even better by the property owners!They were available for questions and when my Uncle arrived first, apparently chatty - he found their company so welcoming. The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year!
