Completely horrible experience I arrive at 11:48pm and was not aware that the lobby closes at 1130 and no one would answer the front desk or phone so i had to buy another room somewhere else

Our little Hotel McCoy. We love this hotel so much. The pool is always wonderful, not too many people, and everyone is so nice. The drinks by the pool are great, you have to try the blueberry cider, soooo good! The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are always very clean with everything we need. This is definitely our favorite place to stay when we are in Tucson. Thank you, Hotel McCoy, for another great stay!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had staying anywhere while traveling. Not only was the property impeccably clean, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the personal touches they provided made me feel more like a part of the community than just another guest. The personal phone call to check on my well-being, the ice cream sundae and movie night, and the friendly front desk staff all added to a very enjoyable and memorable stay. If you're looking for a sense of community or second home experience rather than an impersonal hotel stay, this is the place!

"Normally stay here when I'm visiting as the prices are reasonable and the property is clean and quite. Rooms are in much better shape than a lot of the big chains.. The only strange thing I've run into was a deluxe suite with no tv in the bedroom and weirdly a lack of trash cans inside the rooms. ..."
