Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. Con isn’t location - about 10 min by uber anywhere. Actual location is a bit in the ghetto. Once inside, very nice and clean 5*. Beds and pillows are excellent.

The apartment itself was clean and well designed. Please note that the garbage bins are located on the side of the building and the smell permeates the entire terrace which made it impossible to use during out stay. The area is noisey and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Also the wifi was not reliable not sure if its because we were sharing the same router with other guests in the other apartments.
