"This is not in Interlaken. This is about 4 miles outside of Interlaken. To get there you get off the train at Interlaken West and then catch bus 106 to Habkern Post. The bus times can be found on the SBB app. Last bus runs about 7pm, don’t miss it or the taxi will run you about $47 Swiss Francs. This is an old Chalet being run by a sweet young couple. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. "What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. As Americans visiting Switzerland for the first time, this property was super unique to us. We had incredible service and felt so welcomed. Just note that there is no TV in the room (who needs it with views like that) and the walk up to the hotel is pretty steep. If we ever come back to this area we will for sure stay here again. "

"Just amazing. I was blown away by the great hospitality at this hotel. Also in awe of the view of the Eiger! First thing you see waking up and last thing before going to sleep. The connected restaurant is also really good. Ate there both nights of my stay. My only regret is that I didnt book this place for more days, but I guess that is just an excuse to returrn. Thanks!"
