Everything was fine except that there was no facility to make a hot drink in the morning which was always the case in the other hotels I have stayed in. Seconly there were no extra pillows so I could not sit up comfortably and watch the television or haave a drink.

The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.

Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled.

Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken ...

Recommend room upgrade to 3rd floor mountain view. Beds are hard to out liking so ask for extra bedding to soften the sleep. A coffee maker or kettle in room would be nice. The included breakfast is outstanding. Great options. Right next to Terminal rail station. Perfectly located
