"Clean room, helpful staff "

"Very friendly staff. When we needed anything it was available. nice perk on Wednesday night of nachos & sandwiches. Comfortable ! Close to a lot of restaurants & shopping ,movie theatres & museums. Breakfast good . Housekeeping was excellent . My only issue was the grounds needed picked up & pool area needed updated & Weeded. Uncomfortable pool chairs couldn’t lay on stomach. For me it was a good area close to my family"

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found a cockroach in the bathroom around 1:30 AM on our second night, which made us uncomfortable using the shower afterward. We reported the issue to the hotel the following morning and provided photo evidence with timestamps, but the property refused to offer any refund or compensation. I understand that issues can happen at any hotel, but the way management handles them matters. The lack of accountability and customer service was the most frustrating part of the experience."

"We always have a great time there but just noticed how small the TV was, since it was the first time after many stays to actually use it. I suggest upgrading to a larger TV and adding a small microwave to the rooms. There is a fridge but no microwave to warm the food. The location and atmosphere of the property is unbeatable. Overall, it is our choice after trying multiple other hotels in Temecula wine country."
