8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Nice little motel in a perfect location for enjoying downtown Durango and watching or catching the train. We love walking to the great bookshop Maria's (on Main Street) and Steamworks Brewery when we stay. Movie theater is basically right next to motel if you have a rainy day. Close to lots of restaurants and fun shops, too.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
The property was very clean and had gorgeous views. We reserved the executive suite and had so much room to ourselves! It was great the pool and hot tub were so relaxing. We were wanting to have breakfast at the restaurant downstairs since there were so many tables open but we stood and waited for 15 minutes at the host podium and no one acknowledged us or let us know if there were any wait times for seating. So we left and decided to get breakfast in Durango instead. Other than that the stay was great and we had a fantastic time!

"No restaurant, valet parking only, non working slide or heated pools. Got 2 rooms asked for them to be connecting rooms but staff was unable to accommodate that request even though the property seemed extremely slow and not full. Too many dogs on property. They would bark at you in halls and even ..."

8/10 Very good! (1,005 reviews)
"This location is stellar and worth the cost. However the rooms are tired with uncomfortable mattresses and squeaky metal bedframes. We were happy to be in a room that overlooked the fire pit and hot tub, and that made it more enticing to use those amenities. But the string lights in the courtyard ..."
