There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I interacted with. It was the strangest hotel I’ve ever been to, but we were thankful We had a place to stay And that she made it pleasant for us

A major problem was the height of the toilet. It sat so close to the floor that it was hard to go! It would be wonderful for a five year old; but not so good when you’re in your 70’s! Also new mattress would do wonders for better sleep!

"The bathroom was not clean I had to clean the toilet seat. The side tables had cup rings on them. On a bright note the bed was clean and smelled fresh and the shower was amazing with the rain head and other sprayers."

"Very quick friendly check-in and check-out. Bring your own hair supplies! I was surprised there was no blow dryer or shampoo. The bathroom had 2 small bars of packaged soap but no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion as has been common."
