Clean and well-updated rooms. But the most impressive part of our stay was the restaurant. Food was extraordinary, some dishes were Michelin-level (we just returned from France). Their cod was ther most creative fish dish I ever tried and made me love kale that accompanied it! Crab cakes and lobster corn fritters were innovative and delicious. No wonder this restaurant is booked solid, no other place we ate in the area got even close! I think the owners have a gem of a chef and my highest compliments to him/her! Bravo!

Do not book the room with the queen sized bed. It is too small to fit the bed, nightstand, chair and two adults. It is located behind the office as kind of an after thought & better suited for a single bed and one person. We asked to be moved and were given a king sized bed room at no extra charge, which was nice. The place is definitely dated, lacks in-room amenities like a coffee maker & mini fridge, but these things are available for community use in the office. The location is great and we were able to walk all over the Harbor to everything we wanted to do, eat good food and enjoy the friendly people.

Bathroom is dirty, cobwebs in all corners. Chairs on the deck are dirty. Do not book your room on “The Loft”. You will not be able to sleep at night from the noise guests walking up and down the stairs or in their room.

Loved everything about this property. From the views to the rooms to the amenities and the staff, no detail was overlooked!

The quality of this hotel is mixed. On one hand, the room looked recently remodeled and was in excellent condition. It was very nice and quite roomy. On the other hand the hallways and some of the entrances were seedy looking and made me seriously question our choice of staying here. Based on the room, I think the hotel is trying to upgrade the quality of the place but they need to focus on the common areas and also stop shady looking characters from hanging out at the entrances and stairways to smoke and talk on their phones. Definitely need to improve the lighting in the hallways to make them feel safer. The staff was extremely helpful and leaned forward in trying to make sure you had a good stay.
