"This property was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We had plenty of space upstairs in the slumber party room for our children. Each room was decorated so cute! We enjoyed having the utensils needed to cook breakfast on this trip as well. Would recommend and stay again!"

We wanted just a place to get away from the Northern weather and see our youngest do some rock climbing. Richmond was a great place for us. But we had car trouble and had to extend our stay. The motel staff was so supportive, it blew our minds and in fact made us want to go back to Richmond.

I liked the night manager a great deal; she was very agreeable and tried to be helpful in every way.
Unfortunately, I was wakened in the middle of the night by bedbugs, which were very plentiful! That is a 'stopper' for me to consider returning. It did not help that the TV did not work, but nothing like the bedbugs!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the desk, Robin, was extra helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got into my room and had everything I needed. Definitely would stay there again, thank you

The historical features were amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable, although there didn’t seem to be a fan in the bathroom. Lovely attention to detail through out the room.
Free coffee in the morning was lovely! Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was friendly and welcoming! A real treat to stay at such a hotel and know it is connected to such a great cause in the college!
