Remodeled Richland Alphabet "B" House with fenced yard close to parks and shops!

Join us in beautiful Richland where you will enjoy the entire right hand unit of a historic B-House Duplex to yourself, with brand new flooring, new water heater and water softener. The main floor bathroom is well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. There is a comfy king size bed in the master, and a twin size day bed with a computer desk work station in the second bedroom upstairs right next door to the master. In the fully finished and remodeled basement there is a large 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a twin over twin and a twin over full. The downstairs family room also has a trundle bed/day bed that provides yet another TWO twin size mattress sleeping spaces in that common area. There are also board games and a large TV and X-Box gaming console in this family friendly space. A laundry room with full Washer and Dryer and deep sink as well as more storage space round out the basement living area. There is off street parking available for 4 cars, as well as a back porch for BBQ's and a fully fenced backyard that is family and pet friendly.
