The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. The room was nice and tidy, offers even a coffe machine (no kettle). Lots of storage in wardrobes. A small bath room offers hair & bodywash in the shower and soap at the sink, as well as a hair dryer. I was surprised by a lovely breakfast buffet with differnt kind of breads and rolls, fresh fruit salad, nice selection of typical German breakfast crudities and chees.
