"Very clean property, looks newly renovated. We arrived very late from traveling up from atenneesee and the front desk agent was super friendly and understanding. Would recommend this hotel and stay again!"

"We have been here twice and it is a great National Park facility. Rooms were clean. This is a bit rustic. TV cable had only 9 channels and no phones in rooms. Views were limited as trees blocked views from rooms. Food was OK but menu was very limited and it seemed that a few more staff may have improved speed of service. We still recommend this location but you need to be prepared for this location. Big Meadows is also another location a bit further along the drive. Slightly different food menu but power was out when we stopped by. Seems like a nice facility too."

"It is a great location. Not immaculate but clean. The desk clerk was very nice. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast. All in all it was a nice stay. Cannot beat the location."

"This was my first stay at this hotel but will not be my last. Our room was clean bed was comfortable. The bathroom appeared updated. I didnt try the breakfast so I can't speak on that. My only concern was my room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke even though whole location is no smoking in rooms. Otherwise this was a nice stay"

"It is a beautiful place and the amenities were nice! Very nice pool, hiking trails, places to go and things to do. I did the trail rides (loved this the most). The room was clean and welcoming and had excellent water pressure!!! The restaurant had delicious, homemade food with a very customer focused staff. The customer service did not disappoint. I’ll be going back."
