    "We loved the location. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also want to thank the concierge team, especially Anna and Robert (or the gentleman with the longer hair—we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was also very helpful and made a positive impression on us."

    "The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower and the lights hadn’t been dusted. The room was sound proof from the street but very noisy in the corridor. The rooms have baths but the water won’t fill because of the draining system. The sauna also wasn’t working. Overall I wouldn’t recommend"
