"The house was not well kept and there were cleanliness and maintenance issues. When I stripped the bed the stains were disgusting. The owner lives in the house and you can hear his tv and you can hear him coughing. It was so odd and unsettling. The house has potential but need a major overhaul."

"The host had great communication. This house is brand new, super clean, and everything is in excellent condition. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best we’ve had at a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, from cleaning supplies to utensils, pots, and pans. We especially appreciated the new cookware, matching dishes, and matching silverware—it made cooking and dining very nice. The dining table seats six with a great bench that fits under the table, so the table can fit against the wall when not eating.The bathrooms were just as impressive, stocked with thoughful touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, Dixie cups, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect—just 10 miles (about 20 minutes) from Columbia—close enough to enjoy all the activities there, but far enough to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would definitely stay here again!"
