Went and purchased Lysol and wet wipes and cleaned the room. Tried finding something different nothing available. Slept 4 hours and left."

"Hotel was overbooked and we were left with no options. Front desk clerk was not helpful and rude. There were signs that "no refunds would be given", hotel refused to give us our money back. We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."
