We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is on the river and has amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. For a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag I expected a flawless and enjoyable experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Very clean. Very communicative and helpful staff. The Baixa-Chiado metro stop is right outside. The famous Tram 28 (and quieter 12 for those in the know) goes past the front door. Bairro Alta with its bars and al fresco dining starts across the street. The historic A Brasileira is the local coffee shop. And Cais do Sodre and the river are a short walk away. A great introduction to Lisbon for our family.
