The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "

"I needed to extend my stay and the owner/manager is a shyster and cheated me out of $20, lying to me saying i had received a multi day discount and his rate was better than Expedia. I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! I walked into the kitchen looking for a knife and fork after hours and was astounded by the filth and disorder from what I saw. That place would massively fail a health inspection and I’ll never go back. I strongly encourage you to pass this place by and stay anywhere else!"

"The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
